Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns (Standard Items Only)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with all original components and packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted and approved before sending items back

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Custom Orders

Because each custom acrylic topper or sign is made specifically for you, custom items are not eligible for return or refund.

If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Warranty (LED Bases & Remotes)

We stand behind our products.

If your LED base or remote control becomes defective within 365 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or functional failures

This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper power sources

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order confirmation may be required for all returns and warranty claims.

Products & Custom Orders

  • Once a design is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible

We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Fandom Laser is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of submitted content.

All orders are subject to processing and production times, which may vary depending on customization and order volume.

Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, Fandom Laser is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional charges may apply for address corrections or reshipment.

Returns & Warranty

Custom products are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed before they ship.

  • Standard (non-custom) items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days

  • Custom orders: Typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or conventions.

Shipping Times

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Once your order ships, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Important: Event & Deadline Orders

If you need your order by a specific date (events, pop-ups, gifts, etc.), please contact us before placing your order.

We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to:

  • Production timelines

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order size and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Fandom Laser is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
