Frequently asked questions
When possible, please send vector artwork. If sending rasterized artwork, please make sure that the art is a minimum of 500x500 pixels and at least 150 dpi.
Please keep in mind that engraving is essentially working in black and white. Images lacking contrast, clear lines of separation (like gradients), or effects like chrome or watercolor, may not translate well to the engraving medium. We reserve the right to edit files and/or refuse service if we feel that the image will not translate well to the engraving process.
We except the following file types: .svg, .pdf, .dxf, .png, .jpg.

If your logo is low resolution or not suited to the engraving process, we may be able to help. We will let you know if additional charges apply.
Once you have approved your digital proof, we require payment prior to putting your item into the production cycle. We ship within 10 business days of the art approval, unless otherwise noted.
Our smallest option is just 5" tall and 2" wide and our biggest sign is 18"x24" - and we have signs everywhere in between. We will send you suggestions for products that best fit your project, logo, and interests.
Yes! We offer QR code creation services. All we need is the URL you would like scanners to connect to.
We do not currently offer dynamic QR code services that allow you to change the URL that the code connects to after it is printed.
However, we do offer discounts on replacement plates if you need to change the QR code.
