What if I do/do not already have a QR code?

We have the ability to create static QR codes. All we need is the URL you want the QR code to scan to and we can handle the rest. Currently, dynamic QR codes are not available.

If you already have a QR code and would like to provide the art, that is fine. Just make sure the art is high-quality and large enough, following our art guidelines.

How do I send in my art?

Most of our products offer an upload option for art. You can submit there or email it to us directly at orders@fandomlaser.com.

What type of file should I send?

Accepted Answer

When possible, please send vector artwork. If sending rasterized artwork, please make sure that the art is a minimum of 500x500 pixels and at least 150 dpi.

Please keep in mind that engraving is essentially working in black and white. Images lacking contrast, clear lines of separation (like gradients), or effects like chrome or watercolor, may not translate well to the engraving medium. We reserve the right to edit files and/or refuse service if we feel that the image will not translate well to the engraving process.

We except the following file types: .svg, .pdf, .dxf, .png, .jpg.
