Customization is easy.
Provide your artwork by using the upload file link on this page or by emailing the art to orders@fandomlaser.com and including your order number for reference.
If you don't have artwork, no worries. We include basic graphic design services at no extra fee. Simply send us a description of what you are looking for and we will do our best to accomodate. Advanced graphic design services may result in extra fees and is at the descretion of Fandom Laser.
Art files should be high quality .jpg, .svg, or .pdf, a minimum resolution of 150dpi and at least 500x500px. Art should be on a plain background and may not be distorted. Black and white logo variations are preferred.
The engraving process is black and white. Any art sent in color will be converted to black and white. FandomLaser.com has the right to refuse art that does not meet our guidelines or charge additional art fees where necessary.
You will receive a digital proof via text within 3 business days of your order. Orders are put into production upon approval.
Customization Terms and Conditions
Customers must respond to proof request within 3 business days. If no response is received, FandomLaser.com will proceed with the order as-is and will not be responsible for any errors in the final product.
FandomLaser.com will not be responsible for printing errors caused by customer typos or failure to review digital proofs. Replacement plates are available for a fee.
